St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas has announced a postponement of the national budget after two members of Cabinet failed to attend meetings at which the fiscal package had been discussed.
Douglas made the announcement when he addressed the nation last night (Dec. 10).
