The board of the closed Saint Paul's College has named a new president in hopes of reopening the school.
Millard D. "Pete" Stith Jr., pictured, will continue negotiations for either a merger or a sale of the 183-acre campus in Lawrenceville.
Saint Paul's College - a historically black college closed in June this year.
Accodring to Stith, that the board would prefer a merger or acquisition with another historically black school. But he says the board is open to discussions with
