The oldest and largest Black chamber of commerce in the United States, the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, has appointed Mr. Wilton Munnings (pictured), as its new President and Chief Operating Officer, effective December 1, 2012.
Wilton Munnings has 18 years of experience in the financial service industry working with banks and credit unions and as a consultant. Since 2008, Mr. Munnings has worked to develop his own consulting firm engaged in risk management and bank lending
