Epsy Campbell Barr
Epsy Campbell Barr, an Afro-Latina has declared that she is seeking the Presidency of Costa Rican. If she wins the next presidential election slated for 2014, she will be the first Afro-Latina to serve as president of the country. Her bid differs from any other attempt from previous female candidates because she has the possibility to run as candidate of the top opposition party.
Ms. Barr is currently under consideration to run as candidate for the Citizen Action
