Industrial action: Jamaica air traffic controllers stage sick-out

Air traffic supervisors have been monitoring flights to and from Jamaica because controllers are calling in sick over a pay dispute with management.

The Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority announced Sunday that more than 40 air traffic controllers have called in sick at the island-nation's two international airports and the Kingston Air Traffic Control Center since Saturday.
