Immediate former deputy prime minister Sam Condor, and former cabinet minister Timothy Harris have officially broken ranks with Prime Minister Denzil Douglas and have formed a new party - the People's Labor Party (PLP).
According to reports coming from the twin-island nation, the new party will host its first political meeting on Wednesday June 19 in a bid to shore up support in preparation for the much anticipated general elections.
