The Opposition in St. Kitts & Nevis has withdrawn a court challenge to the delay in the tabling of the Motion of No Confidence vote in the Douglas administration, and the People's Action Movement (PAM) party leader Shawn Richards has announced that he filed a second Motion of No Confidence in the government on Wednesday.
