(USBC) is hosting its annual School of Chamber Management (SCM), July 16 – 19, at the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center (3800 Reservoir Road, NW), in Washington, D.C . This year’s event will also mark an important milestone – the historic signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Tuesday, July 16, promising joint collaboration between the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), Native American Contractors Association
