West Indies Women defeat England in Women's World Twenty20

West Indies 133-9; England 124-9

West Indies Women made a winning start to their World Twenty20 campaign when they beat England by nine runs in their Group B encounter on Monday.

Defending 133 for seven at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium (Sylhet, Bangladesh), West Indies restricted England to 124 for 9, with medium pacer Deandra Dottin snatching 4 for 12 from four outstanding overs.
