Grenada elections 2013 update: Prime Minister Thomas facing prospect of defeat

Latest polls suggest that Keith Mitchell and his opposition New National Party will win the coming general elections. The odds are stacked against the incumbent Prime Minister Tillman Thomas due in part to his falling out and eventual resignations of key allies - former cabinet ministers Karl Hood, Michael Church and Peter David, as well a major disagreements with members of his National Democratic Congress party.
