The Unbearable Lightness of Being African
In what may reflect a future reckoning, Stephen Lande now teaches a rigorous course on how Africa operates in the international trading system. The former U.S. trade negotiator and now adjunct professor was pivotal to initiatives such as AGOA, the Caribbean Basin Initiative (CBI) and Generalized System of Preferences (GSP).
