The Bahamas Ministry of Financial Services will be hosting a workshop on the United States’ Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) on April 9-10, 2013 in Nassau. The workshop will be facilitated by US Treasury Department officials from the international tax counsel and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The ministry of financial services said it views this workshop as an important opportunity for regional governments and the private sector to dialogue in detail with the US
