Veronica Campbell-Brown, one of Jamaica's most decorated athletes, has been found guilty by the three-member Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) Disciplinary Committee.
However, the panel, which sat last month, has recommended a warning to be imposed on the athlete.
