The Dominican Republic has taken prompt action to avoid a threat of suspension from Venezuela’s PetroCaribe energy program.
St Vincent & the Grenadines Prime Minister, Ralph Gonsalves has written to the Venezuelan president asking him to suspend the Dominican Republic from the program.
Gonsalves also advocated that the Dominican Republic be suspended from CARIFORUM, over the September 23 ruling by the country’s constitutional court that strips tens of thousands of Dominicans of
