Dominican Republic moves to avert PetroCaribe suspension threat over citizenship row

The Dominican Republic has taken prompt action to avoid a threat of suspension from Venezuela’s PetroCaribe energy program.

St Vincent & the Grenadines Prime Minister, Ralph Gonsalves has written to the Venezuelan president asking him to suspend the Dominican Republic from the program.
