A spokesman for the Democratic Republic of Congo's M23 rebel movement says the group expects to sign a peace accord with the government Monday.
M23's Lawrence Kanyuka said Monday his group was waiting to attend the signing ceremony in the Ugandan town of Entebbe on Lake Victoria.
The event is scheduled to take place at the official residence of Uganda's president, whose government has been mediating the Congo peace talks since December.
