LIME (Landline Internet Mobile and Entertainment) - the Caribbean business of Cable & Wireless Communications, has announced it will invest nearly JMD 8.3 billion (US$79 million) in its mobile network upgrade to deliver ultra-fast internet speeds, improve voice quality and expand its services coverage across Jamaica.
LIME already started its 2-year project in October. The planned investments cover the installation of hardware and software upgrades to increase broadband speeds to 21 Mbps,
