South Sudan & Uganda border town gets boost by MTN

Thousands of people moving through the South-Sudan-Uganda border post now have access to a MTN customer service center in the area. On Friday, mobile operator MTN opened the center in the South Sudan town of Nimule, according to a report by the Sudan Tribune.

The report says that Nimule, until now, has was lacking a major telecoms service center. The opening of the facility also means that travelers through the area do not need to travel as far as over 150km to buy telecom services in
