Ronald E. Childs
Award-winning journalist, Ronald E. Childs has been named Executive Editor of The Chicago Defender, one of the oldest African-American newspapers in the United States.
Childs, will oversee the editorial content of the newspaper and its digital platforms.
The Chicago Defender, which was founded in 1905, is the flagship publication of Detroit-based Real Times Media roster which also includes The New Pittsburgh Courier, The Memphis Tri-State Defender, The Michigan
