Latest numbers indicate that uninsured rate drops - Obama health care law cited

The rate of adults in the United States who lack health insurance keeps going down, according to major survey tracking the rollout of President Barack Obama's health care law ("Obamacare").

The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, released Monday, said the share uninsured Americans is on track to drop to the lowest quarterly level it measured since 2008, before Obama took office.
