The Antigua & Barbuda Investment Authority (ABIA) recently hosted Kirk Laughlin, founder/editorial director of Nearshore Americas, who visited the island-nation last week to gain insight on the business process outsourcing potential of the country.
While in the island-nation, Laughlin met with government officials including Minister of Telecommunications Dr Edmond Mansoor.
