Serena Williams advanced to the fourth round at the French Open by beating Sorana Cirstea, 6-0, 6-2, Friday in Paris.
Williams, a 15-time Grand Slam champion, seeks her first French Open title since 2002. She hasn't reached the semifinals since 2003.
