Nigerian serial entrepreneur Jason Njoku and a business partner recently launched a company to fund tech companies in Nigeria - and in the longer term the West African region.
The company, SPARK, is a US$ 1 million dollar project created to support and develop aspiring Nigerian tech and internet entrepreneurs.
