Saratoga Springs Mayor Mia Love wants another shot to challenge Democratic U.S. Rep. Jim Matheson in 2014.
Love made the announcement Saturday while addressing delegates at the Utah Republican Party's annual organizing convention.
Love narrowly lost to Matheson last November in one of the country's most heavily GOP districts.
